All minis must change out their existing  restrictor plates for new ones for the first meeting in August 09, the changes will be on a one for one basis, i.e. You hand in your old one and we issue you with a new one, the cost is £5 to change, any new mini will be issued with the first restrictor free of charge subsequent change outs are charged at £5.
